Every website has different customers, different competitors and different room to grow. From the data, the analyses and 10 years of practice I put together an SEO strategy with one clear goal. To bring the right visitors to the website, win customers and make money.
I build the SEO strategy on data, experience and your business
First I need to understand your business, your customers and your goals. Then I put together the data, the analyses and the individual areas of SEO so that a strategy for your specific website comes out of it, not a universal plan from a template.
First I understand your business
Before I start proposing anything, I want to know what you sell, who your customers are, where you make money, where you want to grow and what your options are.
I make the most of the available data
I work with what you already have and add what is missing. Keywords, competitors, content, Search Console, analytics, links, AI visibility and also earlier audits and data from your team or agency.
I put together the right SEO mix
Technical SEO, content, link building, local or programmatic SEO, automation or AI Search. I do not combine them to make the strategy look complicated. I pick the methods that make the most sense for your website, your customers and your goals.
A long-term growth plan
I connect everything into a concrete plan for the coming months. It can also include a link building strategy for 6, 12 or 24 months tied to content and to the other parts of SEO.
What I focus on when building an SEO strategy
An SEO strategy has to work as a whole. That is why I connect customer needs, the competition, content, technical SEO, the authority of the website and your commercial goals.
The customer and their needs
An SEO strategy has to start with the people you want to bring to the website. I need to understand who your customers are, what they search for, what problems they are solving and what influences their decisions. I am interested in the whole process, from the first search for information to an enquiry or a purchase. That way I do not build SEO around searched phrases alone but around real demand and real customer needs.
Competitors and room to grow
I do not follow competitors so that we can copy their keywords and content. I want to know where they get their visibility, how their website is built, which topics they cover, how they work with backlinks and where they leave space open. I look for ways to overtake the competition, go around it, or reach customers in a way nobody else is using yet.
Quality content and structure
Publishing more articles is not enough. Content has to match what people really search for, fit into a logical structure of the website and help the customer through the different stages of deciding. I deal with information architecture, topic coverage, landing pages, internal linking, E-E-A-T and information gain. I do not want to fill a website with generic AI text that only repeats what the competition has already written. Content has to have a reason to exist.
Technical and on-page SEO
Technical SEO and on-page optimization create the ground the rest of the strategy can work on. Depending on the type of website I deal with crawling, indexing, URLs, canonicalization, templates, JavaScript, metadata, headings, structured data, internal links or other technical elements. I do not follow a universal checklist. An e-commerce store with hundreds of thousands of URLs needs different work than a smaller services website.
Authority and backlinks
I have been doing link building for 10 years, so I do not see links as buying a few articles a month. I follow the strength and the composition of the backlink profile, the competition, relevant sources and which pages it even makes sense to support with links. I connect link building with content and with the overall SEO strategy. If the project needs it, I prepare a separate link building strategy for 6, 12 or 24 months.
Business and real results
Traffic and better positions are not the final result for me. I need to know which products or services make you money, where you have room to grow and what role SEO can play in that. Depending on the type of project I therefore work with enquiries, orders, revenue, conversions and other commercial data. SEO should bring the right people and help the business earn, not just produce prettier charts in a report.
How the preparation of an SEO strategy works
I do not start with analysis in the dark. First we clarify together where you are, where you want to get to and what you need from me. Then I get to work.
1. We talk
In an online meeting you introduce me to your business, your website, your customers and what you expect from SEO. I am also interested in what you have already tried, what worked, what did not and what you struggle with most today.
2. I go through what you already have
There is no point in paying twice for the same work. I go through the available data, audits, analyses and materials from your team or your previous agency. What I can use, I use. What is missing for a good strategy, I add.
3. I prepare the strategy
I bring all the findings together into a concrete plan for the further development of SEO. You get not only the recommendations but also an explanation of why I propose each step and how they fit together.
4. I present the plan
I go through the finished strategy with you in an online meeting. I explain why I propose each step, how they relate to each other, and I answer your questions. If you want, I can then help you with the implementation as well.
Why entrust the SEO strategy to me
I have been doing SEO for 10 years and I do not build a strategy from one template or from whatever is popular at the moment. I connect technical SEO, content, link building, data and the new options in search according to what can work best for your business.
10 years of experience from real SEO practice
What you will not get from me
Do not let competitors grow where you could be visible.
Send me your website and your goal. We will look at whether your current SEO uses its potential and where a long-term strategy can open more room for traffic, customers and revenue.
